Rosacea triggers 🚨🚨🚨

Don’t let these triggers be the reason your rosacea flares!

2. April is rosacea awareness month and I want to do my bit by getting the conversation started 🫶

Rosacea can be so frustrating!

Especially when there are so many things that can cause it to flare

(some of which are completely out of your control 😩)

I treat a number of clients who suffer from rosacea, and to help them discover their triggers I always advise to keep a log of things they ate and drank that day, what the weather was like and the time of day it flares up.

👆👆👆 Although this isn’t bulletproof, it’s a great place to start when trying to discover the triggers of your flare-ups.

Aside from being aware of your flare-ups, there are lots of treatment and product recommendations I can offer to help subside the redness.
