Jaidyn and I met in art school….gosh, over 10 years ago now! Since then, our paths have continued to bring us together in holistic, healing spaces. After putting our heads and hearts together, we decided to take our experiences hosting these spaces and combine them with our shared love of art and creation.

Join us for a transformative weekend dedicated to self-expression and celebration. This retreat is a playful, supportive place to explore your emotions, nurture your creativity, and make lasting connections.

Experience morning women’s circles, expressive art making, yoga, ecstatic dance, and more.

Each day we’ll dive deeper into exploring ourselves and the Divine Feminine within with curated workshops, art projects, and designated free time. Feel free to bring any ongoing projects you may have as you will have time and space to work on them if you choose.

This is an inclusive space, open to women of all shapes, expressions, and artistic skill levels.

Last night I was honored to co-host a magical healing event with my soul sister Alexandria with Rove Wellness Collective. My sisters voice 🎶 was struggling to come through so I asked permission to assist with some energy healing. This moment was captured so beautifully! My heart radiates with love and gratitude for these moments! Alex, I'm so proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone and using your voice... all of your natural gifts!

The group of women who joined added a deeper level as they were all healers themselves! The nature therapy sound invitation was the highlight of my night! Light language, drumming, soul-resonating sounds coming from these magical humans! Ahhhhh 😌 *deep, peaceful breath*. I desire to create more events of this magnitude. If you feel guided, let's create something together! Utilizing our natural gifts, we can shift the collective consciousness together. 🙏

We are about one week out from our upcoming retreat and felt called to share our itinerary in case there was anyone else out there who is called to join!

Day 1: Friday
3:00-5:00PM: Guest arrival time!
● Get settled into rooms
● Snacks / Charcuterie laid out for dinner
● Getting to know each other
8:00PM: Opening Ceremony
● Set Sacred container
● Go over interary/ house rules
● Introductions + Share Circle

Day 2: Saturday
7:00-9:00AM: Breakfast laid out, mingling, waking up
8:30- Yoga + Qigong Classes
10:00-11:30 Personal time - rest, play, prep, make lunches
12:00: Drive to trail head for Vortex Hike!
6:00-7:00PM: Dinner is served (back at cabin)
9:00PM: Optional crafting! We can make sugar scrubs or wrap smudge sticks. Also
optional Yin Yoga class if anyone is wanting/needing that.

Day 3: Sunday
4:30-5:00AM- Wake up and start the drive to Council Mountain Hot Springs trial!

7:00AM- Arrive at hot springs and begin hike. Roughly 2 miles in, we will soak and
conduct a sacred ceremony to honor the land and the experience. When we feel ready, we can hike back to the cars and head back to the cabin, taking time to rest and
integrate from the journey!
5:30-6:30 Dinner is served
8:00PM- Cacao Ceremony + Sound Bath + Ecstatic Dance

Day 4: Monday
7:00AM - Wake up and enjoy Yoga!
8:00AM - Breakfast options to go
9:00AM - Check out from Airbnb and head home

Today I disconnect from the grid. I'll be going into an ashram where I'll silently focus on self introspection. I'll be back July 28th and spending time with my teen for two days. See you on the other side!

This is one of the most pivotal brain hacks I've used. An attitude of gratitude will completely alter your brain chemistry if practiced diligently.

My friend McKenzie Gauchay gave me these tips in 2020 to journal 3 things you're grateful for, 3 affirmations/mantras, and 2 things you're going to do for yourself each day. I'm not kidding when I say it completely changed my life!
