Chanelle's first visit for shock wave therapy on her knee using SoftWave Technology. Chanelle injured her knee as a teenager riding her horse and skiing as a teenager. It swells up and hurts with any activity including walking, riding her bike, shoveling snow, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, or working in the garden. She has been in a lot of pain lately and her Dr has recommended surgery.

In this office visit, she went from a pain level of 5 to zero and her range of motion increased 30%.

SoftWave's shock wave technology has FDA 510(k) clearance for: activation of connective tissue, treatment of chronic diabetic foot ulcers, treatment of acute second-degree burns, improvement of blood flow, and temporary pain relief. All uses outside of these are not approved by the FDA and are called "compassionate" or "off-label."
