She has worked in Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Spa settings. She has Certifications in AromaTouch Technique, Prenatal Massage, Cupping level I & II and Yomassage. Massage can help reduce pain and reduce the physiological burden of stress. massage can help treat chronic illnesses, anxiety and depression, low back pain, migraines, fatigue, and stress-related tension.
