At Tueller Counseling, we want to take a moment to thank the many mental health providers, business owners, advocates, senators and community members across Idaho who spoke up, pushed forward, and made change happen.
The past few months have been a difficult reminder of just how critical services like ACT and Peer Support truly are. When these programs were cut, the impact was felt immediately by providers, families, and most importantly, the individuals who rely on them every day.
While ACT and Peer Support Services aren’t fully back just yet—they are on their way to being restored thanks to the persistence, advocacy, and collaboration of so many dedicated people.
This was a hard lesson for all of us, but it also showed the strength of our mental health community here in Idaho. When we come together, we can create real change.
We’re grateful, we’re encouraged, and we’re moving forward—together.
