I actually hope this quote that I saw doesn’t resonate with you, but if it does, you should know you actually have a genius inside of you that created this pattern of people pleasing.
I give that part of me so much gratitude, but I’m learning to let go of repeating this pattern in my life. It is no longer needed.

It’s about meeting those parts where they are, and inviting Jesus to be with them, whatever they need.

I might have just the session that’s right for you! Partswork, Reiki, Animal Reiki, Word of the Year, Distance sessions, Reiki done remotely, and I even offer in-person (if you are local). I cannot promise the work will cure you, because work like this is meant to create the way for your mind, body, and soul to heal itself = once we “pull the weeds” so to speak.
