Join us this March for our Special Event Yin Yoga and Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation. Relax and unwind fireside in a quiet beautiful location while experiencing deep release through slow & thoughtful stretching. Following this, transport your mind into a state of bliss through the vibrations of the crystal sound bowls and a gentle guided meditation. Hot tea will be offered at the closing of class. Option following class to melt any residual tension in the indoor/outdoor hot pools at Xhale Day Spa where you can sip & soak. Space is limited and will fill fast.

Join us for an evening of deep rest, reflection, and renewal under the energy of the new moon. This gentle Yin yoga practice will help you slow down, release tension, and create space for intention-setting, followed by a deeply calming sound bath meditation to ground and restore your nervous system.

For anyone that’s interested- I’m teaching two 90 minute Pilates classes that are donation based at pilates-idaho falls to raise money for breast cancer awareness. The first class is tomorrow night 10/17 at 6pm. The next is the following Saturday 10/25 at 6pm. Come for a date night or just to try Pilates. No need to be a member. There’s no fee. Just a donation to breast cancer research. To sign up call the front desk 208-403-0992. It’s a great way to try reformer Pilates with no commitment. A fun thing to do on the weekend. And it’s for a great cause!
