We’re excited to share that our Student Ambassador Program is now simply our Ambassador Program—open to anyone ages 12 and up, who wants to stand with us in advocating for period equality in Idaho. 💪

You can choose how you show up. Once you’ve joined the group on BAND, you’ll find a task list to pick from—or you can create your own. You can participate as much (or as little) as you’d like.

✨ Our Student Ambassador Scholarship will still be awarded to a high school Senior who remains consistently part of this program.

We’re widening our reach so you can widen yours too—together we’ll create a stronger, more inclusive movement. ♥️

As we visited the lighthouse, we attended the museum on site, and during the video, the man said that he was a ‘light keeper’, and a lightkeeper stood between the land and the sea to guide and protect. I immediately connected this feeling with birth. Lighthouses stand tall and unwavering where the sea meets the shore, guardians of the in-between, where chaos meets calm. In much the same way, birth keepers and midwives stand between worlds, between fear and peace, between struggle and surrender, between the unseen and the known.

Light keepers tend the flame so that travelers find their way home, safe from the storms. Midwives tend the sacred space of birth, holding steady when the waves rise, guiding souls as they cross from womb to world.

Both callings require quiet strength, gentle vigilance, and hearts brave enough to stand in the dark, holding light for others. They are not the storm nor the shore, but the steady beam reminding us: you are not alone.
