👋 Meet Dr. Matthew Matson, PT, DPT – Rexburg Clinic
A proud Pocatello native, Dr. Matson’s journey in physical therapy took him from BYU-Idaho to Slippery Rock University, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He’s had hands-on experience with spinal cord injuries and vestibular conditions, helping patients get back to doing what they love.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Matt mountain biking, hiking, or spending time with his wife and their two kids. He’s thrilled to be back in Southeast Idaho and serving the Rexburg community as part of the Pick PT family!

👋 Meet Dr. Cordell Pickering, PT, DPT – CEO & Physical Therapist at Pick PT Idaho Falls and Rexburg!
Born and raised right here in Idaho Falls, Dr. Pickering has always known two things: he wanted to be a physical therapist, and he wanted to build something meaningful in his community. Pick PT is the realization of that dream.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University and a passion for orthopedics, spine, sports, and vestibular rehab, Dr. Pickering brings both expertise and heart to every patient interaction. He’s also certified in Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehab, and the McKenzie Method®.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him outdoors with his wife and kids. Camping, fishing, hiking, or just playing sports—Dr. Pickering lives the active lifestyle he helps others return to.
We’re proud to have his leadership and care driving the mission of Pick PT. 💪
