Got tremors?

Lately, I’ve been deep in the research rabbit hole again… 🧠

A recent case in my office really opened my eyes. The patient had tremors, brain fog, fatigue, and anxiety — symptoms that could easily be mistaken for Parkinson’s or some other neurodegenerative disease. But the more I looked, the more it pointed to something else entirely… neuroinflammation.

And here’s what really grabbed my attention — this person had decades of daily exposure to radiofrequency and electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from their career.

That got me thinking: What does chronic EMF exposure actually do to the brain?
So, I dug into the research — and what I found was both fascinating and a little concerning.

It turns out our brain’s own immune cells (called microglia) can flip from protectors to aggressors under constant environmental stress, including EMF exposure. Once that switch flips, you can end up with inflammation, fatigue, cognitive decline, and a host of other symptoms that doctors often chalk up to “getting older.”

I just finished writing a full post breaking it all down — what microglia do, how EMF exposure affects them, and what you can do to calm neuroinflammation and support your brain’s recovery.

Long weekend well spent. 🎣 Fished the South Fork with Ed and Jayne, Rode the back roads to Logan on the bike, Trick or Treating with the grandbabies, caught up with Dr. White, and wrapped it up with some Sunday birding with my daughter. Grateful for good friends, family, and the quiet stuff.
