Why my 48th year was my best year yet

I snuck away for my birthday yesterday and managed to find a few fish.

I met up with my longtime friend Bobby and we floated the Green River in Utah. Somewhere between casts we started talking about the “prime time of life.”

Most people think their prime was in their 20s — the so-called “glory days.”

But it hit me yesterday…

Right now is my prime.

I’m stronger than I was in my late teens and twenties, and honestly I feel better than I ever have.

Looking back on my 48th year, it may have been my best one yet. Here’s why:

1. My faith in Jesus.
This is the foundation for everything else.

2. My relationship with my wife.
Being able to feel safe and vulnerable with your spouse is everything. Thank you,

3. Diet.
I’m not perfect. Lately I’ve probably been closer to 70/30 — meaning about 70% of the time I eat clean. But consistency beats perfection.

4. Movement.
Lifting, cardio, fresh air, and morning sun. Your body was designed to move.

5. Peptides.
I use natural peptides daily and injectables when needed.

6. TRT.
After cancer in my 30s, I only have about half the testosterone production capability of most men. Getting my levels dialed in has been a game changer. Thanks

7. Brain health support.
I started taking a supplement specifically for brain health and I genuinely feel happier most days.

8. I stopped listening to the media.
They profit when people are sick, depressed, and dependent on medications.

I’m excited to see what year 49 brings.

What are you going to do differently this year?

If you have neuropathy… you need to listen.

Burning. Tingling. Numbness.
That’s not a “deficiency of medication.”
That’s your nervous system asking for help.

Here’s the truth most people aren’t told:

Throwing pills at neuropathy doesn’t fix the nerve.
It just tries to silence the signal.

Nerves need two things to survive and regenerate:

Fuel – real, nutrient-dense food that stabilizes blood sugar and reduces inflammation.
If your metabolic health is off, your nerves are starving.

Activation – nerves are “use it or lose it.”
They require stimulation and proper signaling. Everyday movement matters. Targeted activation with devices like the Rebuilder 2407 takes it further.

When you combine:
• Blood sugar control
• Anti-inflammatory nutrition
• Proper micronutrients
• Targeted nerve activation

Your odds of reversing neuropathy go way up.

This isn’t about masking symptoms.
It’s about restoring physiology.

How did Shane go from debilitating ankle pain — riding a scooter around his warehouse —
to walking with barely a limp just 3 weeks later?

Regenerative stem cell therapy.

Swipe to see:
• His bone-on-bone X-rays
• The precision injection into the ankle
• What 3 weeks of healing can actually look like

This is about restoring function — not masking symptoms.

You can do more for your health in your kitchen than at any hospital.

Hospitals handle emergencies.

Kitchens prevent them.

If you want weekly anti-inflammatory meal plans that actually work for real families…

Comment PLAN and I’ll send the details.

They told you it’s just “wear and tear.”

So you stretch it.
Ice it.
Inject steroids into it.
And hope it behaves.

But what if the issue isn’t age…
What if it’s that the tissue stopped healing?

Last week we worked on:
IV optimization
Shoulders
Low backs
Ankles

Not to mask pain.
To support repair.

Because when your shoulder won’t throw,
your back won’t sit,
or your ankle won’t hike…

It’s not just a joint.
It’s your life shrinking.

If you could fix ONE joint right now — which would it be?

Burning feet.
Tingling toes.
Numbness that keeps creeping upward.

Most people with peripheral neuropathy are told the same thing:

“Take this medication.”

Here’s the problem…

Neuropathy is not a medication deficiency.

It’s usually driven by:
• Blood sugar dysfunction
• Chronic inflammation
• Poor microcirculation
• Mitochondrial stress

Drugs like gabapentin may reduce symptoms, but they do not:

– Restore circulation
– Repair myelin
– Improve insulin resistance
– Regenerate damaged nerves

They change how you feel pain.
They don’t change why the nerve is failing.

In our newest blog post, I break down:

• Why neuropathy starts in the toes
• The 3 main drivers most doctors overlook
• Why insurance only covers symptom control
• How tools like photobiomodulation and the Rebuilder 2407 support nerve signaling
• What actually has to change for real improvement to happen

If you or someone you love is dealing with neuropathy, this is worth reading.

Peripheral neuropathy relief requires addressing blood sugar, inflammation, and circulation — not just masking symptoms with medication.

Most stroke patients are told:

“Do your rehab… and hope for the best.”

But what if we could support the brain biologically — not just mechanically?

I just published a new blog on:

**Stem Cell Therapy and LLLT for Stroke Rehab**

Inside I break down:

• How IV stem cell therapy may reduce neuroinflammation
• Why nebulized regenerative signaling may help target the brain
• How low-level laser therapy (photobiomodulation) supports mitochondrial recovery
• Why metabolic health and timing dramatically affect outcomes
• Why motor deficits are harder to reverse the longer you wait

This isn’t hype.
It’s about creating a better healing environment for the brain.

One patient recently told me:

“Today I was able to shampoo, rinse, dry, and brush the left side of my hair using both hands… I never thought I’d have that independence back.”

That’s what this is about.

Independence. Function. Dignity.

If you or someone you love is navigating stroke recovery, this article will give you a deeper understanding of what’s possible — and what realistic expectations look like.

At our clinic, we use a combined protocol of Stem Cell Therapy and LLLT for Stroke Rehab to address inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and impaired neuroplasticity simultaneously.
