We’re proud to recognize Alan Adams and celebrate his continued dedication to Family First Medical Center since August 2018! 🎉

Alan joined our team in the summer of 2018, bringing with him a strong passion for primary care and a deep connection to our community. Having grown up in Ammon, Idaho, he truly understands and values the people he serves—and it shows in the compassionate, personalized care he provides every day.

Alan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University before going on to complete his Master of Medical Science (MMS) and Physician Assistant training at Salus University in Philadelphia, graduating with Highest Honors. His diverse clinical training includes orthopedics, dermatology, emergency medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, and family medicine.

He is nationally certified by the NCCPA and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Since beginning his practice in 2015, Alan has gained valuable experience working with underserved populations in Idaho Falls, helping patients manage complex chronic conditions and mental health concerns.

Alan is known for his compassionate approach, attentive listening, and commitment to helping patients achieve their health goals and live their best lives. He also speaks medical Spanish and Italian, helping him connect with a broader range of patients.

Outside of the clinic, Alan enjoys spending time with his family, as well as soccer, hiking, music, comedy, and lifelong learning.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Madison (Madi) Murdoch, PA-C to the Family First Medical Center family!

Madi is a proud Southeast Idaho native with a deep appreciation for community-centered care — making her a perfect fit for our practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2019 and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2021, both from Idaho State University.

Her clinical training spanned a wide range of specialties, including family medicine, dermatology, psychiatry, emergency medicine, general surgery, bariatric surgery, and OB/GYN. She then launched her career with a multispecialty group, gaining hands-on experience in trauma, burn care, wound care, podiatry, hand surgery, and plastic surgery — followed by two years in neurosurgery.

Now, Madi is bringing that rich clinical background home to family practice, where she looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and delivering comprehensive, personalized care.

When she's not caring for patients, you'll find her enjoying time with her husband and family, camping under Idaho skies, gardening, or curled up with a good book. 🌿📚⛺
