👣 Treat Your Feet After Trick-or-Treating! 👣

After a night of following your little ghosts and goblins, your feet deserve a treat, too! Here are some quick tips from Idaho Foot & Ankle Center to help soothe tired feet after Halloween:

🎃 Epsom Salt Soak: Fill a basin with warm water and add a handful of Epsom salt. Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes to relax muscles and reduce inflammation.

🎃 Stretch Your Arches: Try rolling a tennis ball under each foot for 2–3 minutes to massage and stretch tight arches. You can also sit with one leg crossed over the other and gently pull back your toes for a deep stretch.

🎃 Cold Compress: For extra achy areas, apply a cold compress or ice pack wrapped in a towel for 10–15 minutes to soothe soreness and minimize swelling.

🎃 Foot Massage: Use a small amount of lotion or oil and massage each foot, focusing on the heel, arch, and balls of your feet. This helps improve circulation and eases stiffness.

🎃 Elevate and Rest: Lie down and prop your feet on a pillow or rolled-up blanket for 15–20 minutes to reduce any swelling from all that walking.

Give your feet a treat, too! You’ve earned it after keeping up with those little monsters! 🕸️
