Heidi Gregersen is family nurse practitioner who specializes in women’s health. She completed her Bachelor’s in Science at Idaho State University and then earned her Master of Science degree at Walden University and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Kaplan University. Heidi also taught in the nursing program at Southern Utah University. With over 20 years of registered nursing experience working in labor and delivery, women’s center and in the emergency room in Iowa, Arizona, Utah, and Idaho, Monarch Healthcare is thrilled to add her to our provider team. “I LOVE my job and get so much joy and satisfaction caring for women. I feel so fortunate to be working for Monarch.”
Outside of the office, Heidi and her husband Ryan have four daughters and two stepsons. She is often shuttling kids to gymnastics, softball, baseball, basketball and being their cheerleader. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and being outdoors.

Dr. Whiting received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. He then completed his OB-GYN residency at Reading Hospital-Tower Health in West Reading, PA. He is board certified. He has extensive training in minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robotic and laparoscopic surgery. He enjoys the full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecologic care. During college, Dr. Whiting met his wife, Kristen, who is a native of Idaho Falls. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children.

Monarch Healthcare started in 2004 with Dr. Margaret Huggins's relocation to Idaho Falls. Since that time Monarch has grown to include several providers with two on the way that serves the Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Family Practice needs of thousands of patients from Southeastern Idaho and Western Wyoming.

With a total of 3 locations in Idaho, two locations in Idaho Falls, and an office in Victor, it’s more convenient than ever to see you closer to your home.
