HELLO 8/8!!! Lion’s Gate Portal

💫FINALLY, last night my subconscious opened up! I had so many dreams... so many downloads.. so much release! I feel energized and ready!

This year has had some real dark moments and I have felt so lost... more than all the events on the surface, I felt disconnected and blocked spiritually and that scared me more than anything! I couldn’t seem to tap into my dreams, my guidance, my power!

I now feel more connected to myself and ready to manifest my reality! It’s time to step into the power that I hold within!

FLY OR FLEE

Did you know that an eagle flies into a storm knowing that he will rise above it? He trusts in his own instincts to soar! In fact, the eagle LOVES the storm! When other birds flee before the storm.. the eagle delights in it!

Like the eagle, we can rise above any storm that comes our way! We can learn to trust in ourselves; our abilities and POWER! We can enter the storm with confidence and delight knowing that we will soar instead of expecting to fall!

It is your CHOICE! Are you going to FLY or flee?

DEFINE YOURSELF

Do you define yourself with other people’s stories of who you are? Do your beliefs stem from a prior programming and not your own truth? Do you ever feel trapped and anxious and not really understand why?

It is up to you to Write Your OWN Story!! It is up to you to find your own TRUTH! It is up to you to break out of what everyone else thinks of you and live by what you think of yourself!

It is not easy to break out of the norm and disappoint others by being your authentic self! You will hear discouraging remarks, toxic opinions, and gossip...that is a certainty! There will be moments that you waiver and double guess yourself! There will be struggles!!!

BUT there will also be REWARDS, PEACE, and PASSION! When you start writing your own story and living your OWN truth, you find your strength and power! This world needs your truth! It needs your POWER!

The TIME IS NOW!! It’s time to break free! It’s time to be YOU!

1 YEAR🤩

After I had my daughter a year ago I had a specific GOAL in mind...Not a weight goal, not a BMI goal, not a pant size goal (although I utilized these for motivation and celebration).. but a BODY SHAPE goal!

I had a clear picture of exactly what I wanted my body to look like! I knew I wanted a round ass, chest lift, muscle tone, etc..

I designed a health plan to achieve these goals.. nutrition and exercise.. then adjusted accordingly as I progressed!

And.. can I say that I am PLEASED with my progress so far! I am really starting to see that body that I had imagined! FEELS GREAT!💪💪

My personal journey only helps me be a better coach!

HIDE AND SEEK

Your shadows, your demons, your skeletons in the closet are all part of what makes you.. YOU!

When you can accept them and even LOVE them.. you give yourself permission to grow, to heal, to become your TRUE self!

There is no need to hide beneath the shadows acting like they don’t exist or using them as an excuse to act a certain way. It’s time to honor the dark parts of yourself and give them light!

When we love our own shadows we can accept others for who they are beyond their shadows! This is about PEACE, LOVE, and FREEDOM!

Stop hiding and bring those shadows to light!✨

👉 #1 cause of broken dreams!
👉 known to cause procrastination, excuses, and inaction!
👉 infects the best of us and spreads like wildfire!

Fear is a normal human response, it’s simply a REACTION to the “survival” programming in our brains!

What would happen if you let go of that fear and just took the risk?

The risk cannot be as bad as living a mundane, mediocre life without true happiness and reward!

It’s time to MOVE forward toward your DREAMS! Take a STEP toward the future! The world needs your GIFTS!

My Facebook feed is overwhelmed with these words and words like them!

Loneliness is just a reaction to lack of SELF-ACCEPTANCE!

In fact, I, myself, have felt heart-wrenching loneliness! Our insecurities are being brought to the surface. We are being forced to face ourselves, take responsibility and ask ...
👉What is this emotion?
👉Why do I feel this way?
👉 What is my role in this emotion?
👉What actions have I taken?
👉How can I see myself in a new light?

When this mandated order of isolation is over.. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO DIFFERENTLY?

GENEROSITY & ABUNDANCE

If you are financially able, I challenge you to contact entrepreneurs that you interact with and pay them for future services or buy products to aid them in pushing through this difficult time!

Hair stylists/barbers, nail technicians, massage therapists, tattoo artists, network marketers,etc.

This is the time to LOOK outside of ourselves to join together and help each other through this time! We are a community!!

Whatever you give it WILL come back to you tenfold! It doesn’t have to be money either! Be an emotional support for someone else! Check in with your friends and family! Send uplifting text messages! Post positive messages on FB.. it doesn’t matter! We as a collective can rise together!

LOVE THE SHADOW

We all have a dark place, a shadow self, our own demons!

I have found that once we accept and love this part of us and stop fighting, fearing and hiding it.. there is PEACE!

There is not a perfect soul on this planet! We are intended to make mistakes, learn and grow!

It is within this shadow self that we find acceptance for our own and other’s so-called faults and find love for the human race!

It is within this dark place that we find our strength, our will, our fight!

It is in acceptance of our demons that we build our character and become who we truly be!!

ACCEPTANCE

When someone tells you that you are.. good-looking, beautiful, handsome,etc... Do you think...Thank you, I think so too OR do you think something like...Ya right! You are just saying that! What is this person getting at?, I look like 💩, I’m fat, I have a zit... blah blah blah!!!!

WHY is it so hard for us to accept a compliment?🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean TRULY accept it!!

Compliment are gifts from another human being! This person is saying.. “You have a quality that I really admire!” And we need to accept it as truth, let in sink into our soul, and cherish this gift.. own it, believe it, love it!!

Let’s step out of our own ego and STOP letting our minds go straight to a dark place every time we receive something as beautiful as a compliment!

We are all beautiful, handsome, and wonderful!🙏🙏🙏

BREAK FREE!!

Why is it so easy for us to accept other people opinions of us as truth? Why do we sacrifice ourselves in order to conform to society and the “norm” it sets? Why do we deny our own amazingness???

In our minds it’s easier to walk with the crowd, to live in a box, to stay hidden! It’s NOT easier... it’s miserable! Once we break free of all the SH*T💩💩 that other people slap all over us.. we find our truth, our own pure happiness!

What would life be like if you stepped outside of the box of your so-called “comfort zone” and showed the world your uniqueness? Your fierceness?

Could it possibly be worse than settling behind the walls that you have built around you???
