We are honored to welcome Brittany Kaaiakamanau, MSW as a guest facilitator for our Couples Connection & Renewal Retreats (Sept 5–7 + Sept 12–14 in Rexburg).
Brittany is a psychotherapist and counselor at Meraki Healthcare, specializing in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and relationships. She is EMDR trained, Gottman Level 1 certified, and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. With her depth of training and compassion, she works with teens and adults to create spaces of safety, growth, and healing.
At the retreat, Brittany will be guiding our Connection & Grief Session, a powerful opportunity for couples to process, release, and renew together, preparing the heart for the sacred cacao experience that follows.

We are thrilled to have Steven Friesen, owner of Miracle Massage in Idaho FallsFaas a lead facilitator with us at the Connection Retreats this September.
Steven brings a wealth of skill and heart to the experience. His music will guide us during Fireside gatherings and add depth to our Soundbaths. He will lead the Couples Massage Workshop, teaching safe, supportive techniques to nurture connection through touch. He will also facilitate Energetics Discussions, opening space and recognition to explore how subtle energy shapes our relationships and well-being.
With his grounded presence, passion for healing, and gift for creating safe, connective spaces, Steven is an invaluable part of our facilitator team. Together, with Alleviating Sounds, we are weaving breathwork, sound, movement, and energetics into a retreat designed to renew body, mind, and connection.
