Reminder that there are 3 back to back classes tonight starting at 6pm with Deep stretch with Kassie , followed by 715pm Restorative yoga with Kassie, and rounding out the night with 830pm Sound Bath with Kassie.

Would love to see you there as one of the last Fridays in our studio space at the Kingston building. 🙏✨❤️🧘‍♀️

It is with great sadness that I announce what I hope to be a temporary closure of Tru Flo as of September 30th. The building and suite currently occupied is being repurposed for an expanding business while we are grateful for this businesses success we are sad to leave.

I will be looking for a new space in the coming months but as you know expanded growth in the Idaho Falls area makes it more difficult to find affordable rent.

On the brightside I am still available to travel to you or your event and soon will have more availability to do so. Don't forget it's not just yoga (of all types) but meditation, chakra balancing and sound healing that are all options for you, your friends or family.

I ask for your support in the coming weeks and months and invite you to attend September classes to say goodbye to this space and to connect with me personally so we can continue this journey hopefully in the future.

Much love and light to all and I know my journey is simply taking a new path. ✨🙏🧘‍♀️❤️💕

Sometimes we forget about other events going on in our wonderful downtown at the same time, as such through the summer months we will be cancelling the slow flo classes on Wednesday evenings so as not to contend with alive after 5.
Our location in the Kingston building makes parking and entry difficult during the event.

Please stay tuned for future classes and feel free to suggest times that work best for you so we can try to accommodate!
