I got the wonderful opportunity to play for a beautiful group of girls this week. Helping people let go of the cares of the day and fall into a deep state of relaxation is an amazing thing. I love what I do! Let me know if you'd like to join a sound bath sometime.

If you have ever been to one of my personal sound baths you will notice that my bowls are resting on a beautiful quilt. It is full of great significance to me. My talented sister spent countless hours piecing it together, sewing and quilting it. The different colors represent each of the energy centers in our bodies called chakras. She carefully placed positive words throughout the quilt. I feel it's loving energy every time I wrap up in it. You will see it at most of my sound bowl sessions. I love it so much. Cheers to my sister! Cheers to all the good vibes her handiwork brings to my work. Love you so much, Sis!
