1-what is your full name? LeeAnn Summers. No middle name. My maiden name is Rose, so my dad thought that was enough. 🌹

2-what is your job title? Director of Patient Care, RN, BSN 🎓🎩👒

3-what was your first paying job? Babysitting for $0.50 an hour when I was 12. 👶

4-what kind of music do you like? Queen, 80's hair bands. 👸

5-what is your favorite food? Pasta 🍝

6-what is your favorite movie? Bohemian Rapsody. (See music preference above 😉).

7-what show are you currently binge watching? Outlander and Love on the Spectrum💗

8-are you a morning person or a night owl? Neither! I wish I only had to be awake from 9 am - 9 pm every day! 😴

9-what is your favorite sport (to play or watch)? Not a sports fan. 🙅

10-what is one thing you are good at? Sewing 🧶

11-what is one thing you are bad at? Telling left from right. ↔

12-if you could go anywhere, where would you go? A warm beach. ⛱☀️

13-what is something interesting about you that most people don't know? I was Miss Rigby High School 1983. 👸

14-who inspires you? My daughter. 👩‍👧

15-how would your friends describe you? Kind of mean, but funny. 🙃

We had the chance to commemorate Rowen Gilstrap at the memorial golf tournament held yesterday with all of the funds raised being donated to the local Ronald McDonald House Charity at EIRMC. Konnor and his wife, Shantel did an absolutely amazing job organizing this event and we are so excited to continue supporting this wonderful cause!

Our staff of caring professionals will evaluate clients within 24 hours of the physician referral and will seamlessly communicate with the referring physician throughout their home health services. An on-call nurse is available at all times to our clients, their families, and caregivers.

We strive for excellence with every patient interaction and consider it an honor to accompany and assist our clients on their journey to recovery.
