🏆 Patient of the Week: Zyan Crockett 🏆

This week we’re proud to spotlight Zyan Crockett, a senior football athlete who came in after a sports injury during the season. Zyan is an explosive playmaker on the field — and that same drive shows up in the clinic every single session.

Even with a busy schedule and multiple college offers on the table, Zyan has stayed consistent, focused, and motivated. His work ethic has been unreal, and he’s making big progress toward getting back to full strength.

We’re pumped to be part of his journey and can’t wait to see what he does at the next level. Keep grinding, Zyan — big future ahead! 💪🏈

🏅 Performance Therapy Patient of the Week 🏅

Say hello to Hayden Gneiting, our spotlight patient this week!

Hayden was recently involved in a motocross accident and is recovering from a right knee ACL reconstruction with a quad autograft. Even with a tough injury, he’s shown nothing but grit, positivity, and hard work in the clinic.

When Hayden isn’t putting in work on his rehab, you’ll find him out enjoying the outdoors, hunting, spending time with his family, and hanging out with his loyal dog—who’s clearly always along for the ride! 🐾🏍️

We’re proud of the progress Hayden is making and excited to help him get back to doing what he loves. Keep pushing, Hayden—you’re crushing it! 💪🔥

🏃‍♀️Patient of the Week: Kathy Hart!🏃‍♀️

This week we’re celebrating Kathy Hart, one of our most dedicated and inspiring patients here at Performance Therapy!

Kathy is an avid runner who just completed her 46th marathon—the 50th Marine Corps Marathon this October! She’s now on track to reach her amazing goal of running 50 marathons by next fall, where she plans to finish strong at the 50th Anniversary of the St. George Marathon!

Her passion, grit, and consistency are incredible examples of what it means to stay active and keep chasing goals at every stage of life. We’re honored to be part of her recovery and training journey!

If you see Kathy around, be sure to give her a big congratulations and wish her luck on her road to 50 marathons! 👏🔥

Meet Robert Wells, our Patient of the Week here at Performance Therapy! 🙌

Robert is a proud Idaho native who loves the rodeo 🤠 — and he’s been showing that same cowboy toughness throughout his recovery from a right shoulder arthroscopy.

Since starting therapy, Robert has made incredible progress — regaining strength, improving his range of motion, and getting back to doing the things he loves most. His determination and positive attitude make him a standout in the clinic every single session. 💪

We’re so proud of the hard work and dedication he’s shown. Keep it up, Robert — you’re roping in that recovery like a true champion! 🐎🔥

🌟 Meet Our New Physical Therapy Technician — Savanah Dennert! 🌟

We’re thrilled to welcome Savanah Dennert to our physical therapy team!

Savanah is currently studying Exercise Physiology at BYU–Idaho and has dreams of becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant in the near future. She brings an amazing blend of enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to helping others reach their health and movement goals.

Outside of work, Savanah loves to run, hike, play pickleball, watch movies, and spend time with her husband. Her positive energy and love for fitness make her a wonderful addition to our clinic family!

Meet Our New Tech: Adrienne!

We're excited to welcome Adrienne to the team! She's currently studying Exercise Physiology at BYU-Idaho with the goal of becoming a Physical Therapist.

Originally from Rigby, Idaho, Adrienne is an outdoor enthusiast who loves snowboarding, mountain biking, swimming, and just about anything that gets her outside.

We're thrilled to have her on board—make sure to say hi when you see her around!

This weekend, Performance Therapy is proud to sponsor the Rigby Lake Rumble Triathlon! The event will take place at Jefferson County Lake on July 12, 2025. There will also be a Rigby Lake Rumble Kids Triathlon for athletes ages 9–17, held at the same time and location. We hope to see you there!
