I get asked this question all the time! Put simply, deep tissue and Swedish massage are two different modalities that both have incredible benefits. Swedish is a more gentle approach to massage and facilitates relaxation in a more generalized way. Deep tissue focuses on chronic pain and is much more specific. Both feel amazing!
