Taking care of yourself during pregnancy isn’t just important, it’s an act of love for you and your growing baby. 💛
Nourishing your body, resting when you need to, and seeking support are all part of staying healthy and strong.
At The Nest, your well-being matters deeply to us. We’re here to support you, encourage you, and walk with you on this journey. 🌷

✨Getting sufficient rest will help with managing mood swings and keeping stress under control.
✨Sleeping on your left side will promote good blood flow.
✨A prenatal vitamin will provide the nutrients that you need for supporting your pregnancy.
✨Weight gain during pregnancy is normal, especially in the third trimester. As long as your diet is balanced out well there is no reason to worry about the weight gain.

The Nest is prepared to support you and walk with you along the way!
