The DSPs are engaged. We are laughing. Kirk is talking about leadership and did we mention he wrote a book about dog 💩

Tattoos are about to start and then we still have to hear from Brad and Chad!

Day 1 is even better than we expected. We've heard from the trio of leadership health and thrown in a tattoo here and there. We've had great food, thanks Gaia Bowls, as well as some handcrafted magic from the soda shop.

Couldn't ask for anything better, but we still have two more stops!! Twin Falls and Boise, it's not to late to send us your staff. Let them learn! As Kirk says, "eyesight is insight and insight is eyesight."

I chose to become a Direct Support Professional because I believe everyone deserves dignity, independence, and the chance to live a life filled with meaning. My role allows me to walk alongside individuals with disabilities, supporting not just their needs but also their goals, dreams, and daily victories.
What I love most about being a DSP is that no two days are the same, every moment is an opportunity to make a difference. Whether I’m helping someone learn a new skill, celebrating their successes, or simply being there to listen, I know the work I do matters. I get to see growth, confidence, and joy spark in the people I serve, and that inspires me every single day.
This role isn’t just a job to me, it’s a calling. Being part of someone’s journey, advocating for inclusion, and making sure each person knows they belong is deeply rewarding. The relationships I’ve built remind me that community is about people caring for one another, and I’m proud to play a part in that.
