I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Alaska Anchorage and her Bachelors in Social Work from Brigham Young University Idaho. I worked for a number of years in a remote community in Alaska providing substance use and mental health counseling in an outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) setting. I have additionally worked in Idaho for a number of years in an acute metal health care setting. I have experience working with many age groups and with a wide variety of concerns including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, substance use/addiction, grief, ADHD, mood disorders and psychotic disorders. I have experience and trainings in a variety of therapeutic techniques including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivation Interviewing, and Solution Focused therapy.

We are hiring "Residential Aides" for Gustafson House. Must be 19 years or older. Must be able to pass a background check. The residential aide provides supervision for the residents staying in the house. Helps prepare meals, follows the outlined schedule for the residents, pass medication as needed, transports resident to appointments, and completes all documentation as required.
