We’ve been quietly working on this for MONTHS already and we believe it is *chef’s kiss* perfect.

Each day will build on the last as we journey deeper into ourselves on a mind/body/soul level. 🧘

Gini and I are bringing our combined 4 DECADES of experience in the creative and healing worlds (did you know we both have bachelors degrees in art??) to bring you an experience like no other. 💕

So many things to announce so here it is in one post!

✨*Saturday December 14th* I’m offering a Reiki Refresh for those who have taken Reiki training but haven’t used it in a while and would like a “refresher course”. 😉🙏🏻 This will take place at the always amazing Infinity Dome Eco & Wellness Center from 10:00-2/3:00.

We’ll cover the history and origin of Reiki, have at least two Reiki meditations/experiences, and have plenty of hands on learning time where you’ll get to practice using Reiki on yourself and others. A healthy and delicious grazing table will be available through the day to keep your body fueled. Tickets are $149 and I have 6 left. Comment “refresh” for more details. 🙏🏻

✨*beginning January 2025* I’m offering art lessons!!! 🎨There will be beginners and advanced classes for ages 8-18, as well as beginner drawing classes for adults! It’s never too late to connect to creativity and learn a new skill. 😘 Classes are 90 mins each, once a week. Comment “lessons” below for more info.

Hey guys, Jaidyn here!

I’ve been keeping a secret. 🤫

I’m bringing something totally NEW to Southeast Idaho.

I’m completely full to the brim with excitement about it, and equally as nervous to announce it but what better day to do so than 11/11. 🎉

You may know me as “the Reiki girl” but did you know I went to art school? I’ve been making art my whole life and I consider it to be my first love.

Starting next month (if all goes as planned 🤞) I will be offering healing art classes!! 🎨 🥳

I’ve been dreaming of this for literally years and it’s finally time. I’ve been planning and preparing all year for what feels like the culmination of my life’s work so far.

These aren’t your regular style of art classes, although those may be available too if the desire is there. 😉

I’m bringing together a lifetime of art making backed by a BFA, a special interest in psychology, and all the healing tools and techniques I’ve learned and used in my eight years of professional energy work.

These classes (workshops?) will be centered around mindfulness, connection with self, emotional healing, connecting with your inner child, and so much more! 💕

The creative process has saved me and healed me over and over and I believe it can help every person who wants to engage in its magic.

These experiences will be available to all bodies, and all skill levels. NO experience in art making is required for the kind of play we’ll be doing here. Show up as you are and let it flow. 🎊 Judgment free space.

I always feel humbled when teaching reiki as the more I learn the less I know.

These women are already doing powerful things in their lives and I’m excited to watch them continue to grow and heal the world around them.

Isn’t that what we all want? To make our little corner of the planet a better place?

These ones are doing it in their own unique and beautiful way. 🥰 I’m feel lucky to have gotten to play a role in their journey.
