Elite Health Care Elite Health Care is a Residential Habilitation agency that serves individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

Our Mission Statement is: "To never FORGET that we work with PEOPLE first, who happen to have a disability. We can focus on what they CAN do, not what they cannot." Elite Health Care provides services to individuals with an Intellectual Disability's. Elite Health Care provides facility placement within a Residential Habilitation (ResHab). Elite Health Care is determined to help promote healthy lifestyles, choices, and the highest level of independence possible for each of our clients.

Our staff spotlight for October is April!
She was born here in Idaho Falls, she likes coloring, watching TV and scrapbooking.
When asked what she likes about Elite she said “I love that my house manager is communicative and that our house is also communicating about how our participants are doing.”

If she could give a message to anyone who hasn’t worked with an individual with disabilities, she would say: “It’s definitely hard and not a job everyone can do. But it can also be super fun and getting to know your participants is a joy. It’s not an easy job and you should do it for the right reasons and not because “it’s easy” cause it’s not always easy and you have to have compassion and understanding.”

Vanessa was born here in Idaho Falls. When asked what she enjoys about Elite she said “all of the activities we do and the staff are fun to be around.”

Our September client spotlight is Johnny!

He has been with us about 5-6 months and was born here in Idaho Falls. When asked what he enjoys about Elite and his staff he said “Good communication with staff, and they are kind and helpful.”

Johnny likes video games, fishing, and camping and his favorite food is pot roast.

Our September staff spotlight is Lori!

Lori was born in Riverside California, she lived in Louisiana for 20 years before moving to Idaho Falls 4 years ago.

She enjoys her job, going to activities with clients and being at home with her fur babies and her grandkids.

When asked what she likes about working at Elite she said, “It’s my passion. If i can know at the end of the day that my clients had a wonderful day, it makes my day! It’s giving compassion with compassion.”

Lori said if she could give a message to someone who has never worked with an individual with disabilities she would say, “get to know them, get to their level, watch them. You could learn a lot from them”

She said something she learned from working here at Elite is “it taught me to appreciate what I have and be more humble.”
