Elite Health Care Elite Health Care is a Residential Habilitation agency that serves individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

Elite Health Care provides services to individuals with an Intellectual Disability's. Elite Health Care provides facility placement within a Residential Habilitation (ResHab). Elite Health Care is determined to help promote healthy lifestyles, choices, and the highest level of independence possible for each of our clients.

We are looking for full and part time CNAs to work with our participants. We work with individuals with intellectual disabilities. We assist them with their daily goals and get them more involved in the community. We are looking for people who enjoy being with our participants and being involved in helping them become more independent. We have so many different activities that the participants and the staff are a part of.

This is for a particular participant in a wheel chair that needs help transferring sometimes as well as one on one help for his independent needs.
