Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Drummer Girl booth today 🩵🤍

It was incredible.

I visited with so many wonderful people – teenagers who were super impressed by my handcrafted medicine drums, kids who were in complete awe by the sound produced by the singing sound bowls – even vendors told me how relaxed they felt as I played my sound bowls.

To say my heart is full would be an understatement.

I love sharing this gift. Whether you're running on fumes or simply in need of some R&R, a sound bath is most definitely for YOU!

Most of us are carrying things we don't talk about. So, why not give your nervous system the rest it needs – the easy way, the calming way?

💕 Last night's Drummer Girl Girl's Night was everything we needed and more! We relaxed, some drifted to sleep, and others laughed and gave life updates.

To say I'm grateful would be an under statement. Different personalities, unique strengths, beautiful hearts... and acceptance of all – they were all present last night.

The energy, love, and friendship that filled the space was felt. Stress from the week melted as it was replaced with a sense of calm.

Today’s sound bath was pure magic 🧘‍♀️✨

To witness people courageously choose themselves…
To feel the room soften together…
To share light back and forth…

It’s something I’ll never take for granted.

We used tuning forks to align and recalibrate.
We welcomed stillness.
We allowed the shift.
We gave ourselves permission to let go.
