We are lucky to have another GREAT CNA!! I'll let her introduce herself 💖
Hi everyone! My name is T’nya, but I go by Nya, and I’m a CNA here at Oakstone Hospice. I’ve been a CNA for 6 years, and I truly love what I do. I’ve worked in facilities, hospitals, and hospice but hospice holds a very special place in my heart. It’s such a unique and meaningful atmosphere, and I’ve learned so much while building incredible relationships along the way. Hospice is more than a job to me it’s a calling. Each patient has left an impact on me, not only shaping who I am but also helping me grow in my skills and compassion.
When I’m not working in hospice, I stay busy as a cheer coach for Sugar Jr High and Madison All Star Cheer, and I also work as a cosmetologist. Outside of work, I love traveling, spending time with friends and family, boating, being outdoors, shopping, and making memories. Looking ahead, I hope to return to nursing school and continue growing in healthcare while always keeping hospice close to my heart, and eventually open an at home salon. Oakstone Hospice has given me the opportunity to grow not only as a CNA, but as a person. The support, teamwork, and heart behind this company are truly unmatched, and I’m so grateful to be part of a team that puts patients and families first in every way. I’m endlessly thankful for my patients, their families, and the impact they’ve had on my life. Oakstone is more than a workplace it’s a family, and I’m so thankful to be apart of something so amazing. 💙
