COMPARISON - Do you find yourself comparing yourself to other women? When we find ourselves comparing as to, "What does she have that I dont? Or I look better then her? or "Who does she think she is?

We actually are telling ourselves, "We are not good enough, or are feeling non deserving and we start to compare.

We devalue our self worth for what our unique gifts are and Compare our value to something outside of ourselves. It's a vicious loop that we learned from beauty books and society.

Next time you feel you are comparing, check in with yourself and ask, "Where am I diminishing myself? Where am I playing small and not worthy?

No two flowers are the same. The each have a different texture, shape, and scent they exude.
Each one is pleasant to look at and offers something unique. 🧡❤💙💜💚
