Happy first birthday to this little piece of my heart! 💞💫 Born May 1st 2025 from the blissful coming together of a poem and a divine intervention, Heart of Alcyone is where I come to more deeply understand what my soul is speaking to me quietly. . . beneath the conditioning, expectations, and ‘shoulds,’ we often layer on top of things. . . how lovely that she & I get to celebrate with Beltane, the sweet renewal of spring. Special thank you to the rose bush outside my studio that bursts forth with little blossoms now! And thank you to the beautiful souls that have filled these walls with mischief, magic, deep belly laughter, a touch of mania, sensitivity and deep transformation.

Here’s to another circuit around the sun ~ may we always be a resting place for sacred community to gather! ✨🤍✨

Thank you wild women of the flower moon, you fill my heart! 💛🌅🙏🏻✨ My very favorite moments are at the end of the gathering, in an empty room, when I feel the love of faeries come out & sprinkle their graces in stealth. The silent echo of stories, laughter, and expression of heart resound. What has opened keeps landing, shifting, re-setting a-new. Long live our whimsical journeys to elsewhere! May we always remember the magical doorway into the light of imagination, where we are all connected in heart. With love 💛🏵️✨

I always consider it a high honor and privilege to be with someone and their energy.

Each of us is so exquisite and unique. Our energy, spirit, and unseen dimensions hold so much of our beauty, love, our gifts and inner magic.

I truly learn so much from each being who chooses to work with me, and marvel at their inner magnificence.

I started crafting these intentional group healing containers a little over a year ago. What a journey it has been!

What emerges in a group is the quiet way each person’s healing supports the others. The magical way we each have hidden keys & puzzle pieces for each other when we open our own pathway to grace.

And the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts. Something unique and beautiful unfolds, precious and sacred to be savored.

These times are not easy. There are days when staying grounded and taking a conscious breath appears a giant feat.

The energies are high, the trials sometimes deep.

I find time and again the safest place to go is nestled within the chambers of my own heart.

There is a color there, sometimes a resonance, which can act like an enchanting magic carpet ride to carry us safely as we launch faster and faster into the unknown.

I invite you to slow down with me this new moon in Libra. To take a breath, go inside and uncover a new harmony that blossoms from our ability to be with ourselves.
