One of my favorite pages about foot wellness! 👣 Reflexology is a great way to help relieve your feet from pain from uncomfortable shoes.

How to create a bunion:
Wear pointed shoes that angle your big toe unnaturally in the median direction (towards your other toes)
Raise the heel to increase forefoot load and maximize the pressure on the mis-aligned big toe
Repeat this with consistent use of said shoes (high heels are the craziest version but 95% of all shoes are the same but less intense
How to not get bunions: wear shoes that align with natural human function
