Not just for Moms! Come have an experience like no other, and allow yourself to be swaddled, nurtured, and cared for.

Please join us for a post-Mother’s Day Sound Bath, complete with soothing crystal bowls and a guided meditation by Carrie, coupled with energy healing from Kelly and Susie. Participants will be lovingly swaddled in sheets during the guided meditation. Melt into complete relaxation with the sound of crystal bowls and hands-on healing to rebirth yourself anew.

Sky Allen is a trained dancer, artist, yogi, and lover of movement. She studied dance at Idyllwild Arts Academy and graduated from the Bard College dance department in New York. Sky completed her teacher training in Santa Barbara, embarked on a Siddayatan Yoga Retreat at Mount Madonna, and had stints at Pure Barre and Orange Theory in Los Angeles.

Back in Idyllwild for the last six years, Sky focused on teaching jazzercise, and opened Juliette Vintage, a shop at Forest Haven. Her passion for movement is a part of her daily life, including dance, yoga, Pilates, strength training and more. As an intuitive healer, Sky offers energy work and sound bowl healing.

Barre/Mat Pilates - Inspired by ballet, this mix of barre & mat Pilates will improve flexibility and stamina. Barre offers a low-impact, high-intensity workout to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen muscles for better posture, while mat Pilates will emphasize core strength through controlled, breath-driven movement.
