At Idy Hot Yoga, we’ve got something for everyone! Our infrared light therapy helps to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, enhance collagen production, accelerate tissue repair, and relieve pain. Check out our classes and find your favorite.
Hatha Yoga with Xavier – A fan favorite! A grounding, breath-centered practice designed to bring steadiness, clarity, and ease into the body and mind. All levels welcome! A great way to start yoga practice if you’re a beginner. Mon, Wed, and Friday 7:00 am.
Gentle Yoga and Meditation with Carrie – Light stretches and strengthening exercises; a balance for those looking for a more relaxing class, concluding with a longer meditation in Savasana. If you want to try meditation, are pregnant, postpartum, have injuries, or need a nervous system reset, try this class! Monday 12:00 noon and Friday 3pm.
Yoga & Journaling with Megan – A weaving of journaling and Kundalini to create a sacred space through writing, breath, mantra, and meditation. We slow down enough to listen, see, and feel what’s been waiting for our attention—bowing to the wisdom already alive inside you. Monday 5:30pm.
NIN Yin with Durga - Trauma-Informed, somatic yin + restorative yoga set to an immersive soundscape of Nine Inch Nails. We create space for melting deeper into intention, poses, breath, relaxation, and flexibility. So much ahhhhh... Tuesday 5:30 pm.
Into the Void with Durga - Trauma-Informed, somatic slow + deep flow yoga, featuring music from NIN + goth/90s alt classics. We focus on holding poses for several breaths to venture “into the void” of somatics; building strength, endurance, flexibility, and relationship with breath. All levels welcome, with options to explore more challenging variations. Wednesday 5:30 pm.
Functional Flow with Kyuri - A functional yoga flow rooted in Viniyoga, which consists of therapeutic movements, strengthening postures, and pranayama. Focus will be on upper body on Thursdays and lower body on Fridays. Two days of full-body movements for all levels! Thursday and Friday 8:30 am.
Yoga Sculpt with Susie – A warmer class than most, this one focuses on balancing poses plus several rounds of vinyasa flow to get your heart rate up – with weights! If you like a class that has a mix of balance, yoga, strengthening, and toning, this one’s for you! Thursday 5:30 pm.
Ashtanga-Inspired Vinyasa with Amalia – This is an experience you won’t want to miss! A steady, breath-driven flow rooted in the traditional Ashtanga method, this class blends structure with creativity. Saturday 10:30 am.
Restorative with Susie – End your week with a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation, stress reduction, and rejuvenation by holding supported poses with props for extended periods, allowing muscles to relax passively and encouraging the nervous system reset. Sunday 4:00 pm.
