Our Skilled Nursing Community in Spring Lake, Michigan, took honors for its "high-performing" programs in Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation. Administrator Danielle Gill said that the citation is important to the regional community, explaining: “Many families use the issue as part of their senior health care discovery and planning process, and this shines a light on Heartwood Lodge’s excellence in both Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care. The team at Mary's Meadow in Holyoke, MA is celebrating its Short-Term Rehabilitation program's "High Performing" rating from U.S. News & World Report in their 2026 Best Nursing Homes issue. Mary's Meadow is a Skilled Nursing Community founded by the Sisters of Providence and managed by Trinity Health Senior Communities.

Mercy Circle in Chicago offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Short-Term Rehab to older adults. Founded in the charism of the Sisters of Mercy, the community is managed by Trinity Health Senior Communities. Last week, Mercy Circle's Executive Director Frances Lachowicz announced that U.S. News & World Report named its Short-Term Rehabilitation program among the nation's "Best" for 2026. "Our team prioritizes high-quality, compassionate care to our Short-Term Rehabilitation residents, making sure that they are comfortable while they are here and well-prepared to return to their homes, lives, and loved ones," she said, underscoring the program's Mercy Mission.
