Yoga With Shawna is a yoga and meditation studio, Reiki and Energy Clinic and Certification School located in Imperial Beach offering donation-based classes and $25 Reiki sessions every day!

Offering donation based classes every day in three beach towns in San Diego:

Sunset Cliffs (in Ocean Beach):
Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30
(Please meet at Osprey Point directly south of The Inn at Sunset Cliffs)

Mission Beach:
every day at 11 am and Thursday and Sunday night at 6:30 PM
(Please meet right on the sand, cross street Ormond Ct. Note this yoga class goes on during the Farmer's Market! This donation based, outdoor studio is led by E-RYT-200 Shawna Schenk and graduates of her 200-hour yoga trainings. We offer various styles of yoga applicable for ALL ages and yoga experiences.
