On this Veterans Day, the Imperial Beach Fire Department honors and remembers the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Their sacrifice and dedication have protected our freedoms and made our nation stronger.

At the fire department, we are especially proud to recognize those among us who have served both our country and our community, embodying the spirit of selflessness and courage. We are grateful for the values they uphold—duty, honor, and integrity—which inspire us in our service to the people of Imperial Beach.

Today, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by veterans and their families. Whether through attending a local event, flying the American flag, or simply offering a heartfelt thank you, let us express our deep gratitude for their service.

Join us for the Imperial Beach Fire Rescue Open House! 🚒🔥

📍 Location: Imperial Beach Fire Headquarters, 865 IB Blvd

Come meet your local firefighters, explore fire engines, watch live demonstrations, and enjoy food, vendors, and music! Fun activities for all ages, including a kid zone, Sparky the Fire Dog, adoptable pets, and more. Plus, learn about fire prevention and donate blood to support the community. Don’t miss this exciting event!

The Imperial Beach Firefighter Association wishes everyone a happy 4th of July. We want to remind everyone fireworks are dangerous and can cause serious injury. Please be aware of your pets and have a safe place for them.

After an outpouring of support and requests, we have decided to reopen orders for our autism awareness shirts. Price is $20/shirt. All shirts are handmade by Engineer Daniel Holian and his wife and will be available for pick up the week of 4/21 during regular business hours. Your Imperial Beach Fire Department will be doing a boot drive on March 7th from 7am-9am. All proceeds go to the Burn Institute to support the Burn Camp. We will be on Palm ave. and 13th St. Keep an eye out for us and other departments doing the boot drive.

April is Autism Awareness month. Support the cause with an IB Fire Local 4692 shirt. Order with the QR Code and pickup at the station located at 865 Imperial Beach Blvd.
Orders close March 10th and can be picked up after March 25th.
