Imperial Beach Community Clinic is the parent organization of Imperial Beach Health Center and Nestor Community Health Center. Imperial Beach Community Clinic has been providing high quality affordable health care to residents of Imperial Beach and southwest San Diego since 1971. We have a special mission to provide primary health care to uninsured and low-income residents of southwest San Diego County who can't afford the full cost of essential health care services. We accept Tricare, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Molina, Community Health Group, Care 1st, and other insurances, and uninsured patients can apply for a reduction in costs for essential services.

This year we celebrate the 60 years of service Community Health Centers have provided to those communities with limited access to health care. we believe everyone deserves compassionate and accessible health care as well social services including but not limited to housing, food assistance, and education on ways to stay healthy.
