Yoga/Qi Gong and sound bath meditation classes are enjoyed from our outdoor yoga deck. Pain management with PEMF therapy and piezowave. Our March Donation-Based Yoga Schedule is here at Vitamin Sea Wellness and we’re excited to share new class times and new offerings designed to support your mind, body, and spirit. ✨

Whether you’re looking to build strength, release stress, reset your nervous system, or simply move your body, our weekly classes offer something for everyone. From Power Lunch Vinyasa to recharge your afternoon, to Gentle Restorative Yoga for deep relaxation, and our Evening Chill Flow sessions to wind down your day — you can find the perfect class to fit your rhythm.

🌊 Practice in our peaceful outdoor yoga space in Imperial Beach, where the fresh ocean air and calming environment create the perfect setting to reconnect with yourself and community.

Our classes are donation-based because we believe yoga should be accessible to everyone.
