The PGH Marathon — but from the med tent 🍀

I had the pleasure of serving as a sports chiropractor at one of the medical aid stations yesterday. Grateful for the opportunity to support these incredible athletes on race day!

Not only did I get to support athletes but I also got to collaborate with a variety of providers on patient management and treatments.

Added some letters to my name 🍀

I’m officially a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®). The CCSP Certification focuses on understanding sports specific injuries, how injuries impact performance, and rehabilitation protocols for athletes.

The CCSP Certification can only be completed by a chiropractor and includes 100 hours of coursework followed by a formal certification exam.

I’ve gained more knowledge in treating sports-related injuries and improving athletic performance. I’m here to help you:

Pawliday Donation Drive 🎄🦴

One of the things I love more than chiropractic is my dogs, Huck & Finn, both of which are rescues.

In order to give back to the community this holiday season I’m organizing a donation drive for The Beaver County Humane Society. So they can restock on some of the much needed supplies they need to continue to help animals throughout the area.

The drive will run from Nov 15th - Dec 18th. All you need to do is bring an item (from the attached list) with you during your next visit!

Don’t cancel all chiropractors ❌

Not all chiropractors are created equal. Just because you’ve seen one and it didn’t work doesn’t mean that you should count it out completely.

Recently a well-respected chiro in the online-community compared this to hairstylists…just because you get one bad haircut doesn’t mean you never get a haircut again. You try a different one.

This is not to say that chiropractic care works for everyone and everything because that is not the case either. Do your research, get second opinions, and take an active role in your pain and your care options.
