We’re thrilled to kick off our IAH Care Fund Knife Raffle Series with something truly one-of-a-kind, a handmade knife crafted by our very own John Bates, DVM, featuring his personalized maker’s stamp: “JohnDog1 Knifeworks.” 🐾

This beautiful knife features a Micarta handle, a premium material made from layered linen or canvas set in durable resin under heat and pressure. The result is a lightweight, ultra-strong, and moisture-resistant handle that offers a secure grip and timeless look.

It’s paired with a 7.5” AEVL stainless steel blade, expertly shaped into a French Chef Knife, making it the perfect blend of craftsmanship, durability, and kitchen-ready performance!
