Family ski day! Dr. Jon was on skis instead of his snowboard the first time in ten years! The highlight for June- riding the chairlift & lodge time for snacks. Here are a few of our favorite, healthy kiddo snacks to bring to the mountain!
Nut bars or almond flour crackers
Hummus with veggies
Clementines
Nuts
Homemade hot cocoa- chocolate protein powder with coconut milk
Simple ingredients in products for kiddos using natural sweeteners like honey, dates, maple syrup or coconut sugar are best. We always have a few of these on hand! π€π»
