Yoga is so wonderful for so many different reasons!

🧘‍♀️ Physical, mental and spiritual health all in one! Many enter into the practice for physical strength, yet stay for the the continued learning of the Self! I love how every day you can practice, but gain something different! Plus it’s the sister science of Ayurveda - a medical system estimated to be over 5000 years old, focused on treating disease from the root vs just giving a “pill for an ill”. In Celebration of International Yoga Day, go treat yourself to a class and support your body, mind and soul!!! 💕

Meditation can look different for everyone: from taking 3 breaths at a stoplight, going on a silent walk and fully being engaged with nature, to sitting in silence, or listening to a guided meditation!!

However you do it….do it!! There’s no wrong way!! Make it a daily habit like brushing your teeth!! You can’t just brush your teeth for 30 minutes once a week; the benefit comes from small daily doses of cleansing the mouth. Think of you mind this way…it is better to start with 2-3 minutes daily vs 30 minute session once a week!

Connect with your Breath, Connect with your Soul, and Become Present!! It’s a daily gift!!!
