I’m excited to share something new we've been doing at The Steeple Studio — a 25–30 minute lunchtime stretch & relax class designed for busy professionals.

This short, approachable session is the perfect mid-day break to:
Release tension from sitting at a desk
Boost focus and energy for the afternoon
Encourage wellness and stress relief at work

Two convenient lunch hour Classes are being held on Thursday. The Steeple Studio is a great location- walkable for downtown businesses, making it easy to step away and return refreshed.

If you think anyone on your team might enjoy this, I’d love for you to share it with them. It’s a simple way to support wellness in the workplace — and all levels are welcome. You can wear your work clothes or change into something more comfy- either is suitable for this class.

Cost: $5.00 drop-in per session or $50 unlimited monthly class pass which allows you to attend any of our wonderful classes throughout the week!

🕛 We’ve added a new Lunch Hour Stretch & Relax class — it’s just 30 minutes, with plenty of stretching and a few moments of calm at the beginning and end. It’s a great way to break up your day, especially if you sit at a desk or computer for long hours.

If you want to experience something really special — Wednesday nights with Tiffany are my absolute favorite. Her Yin Yoga class is a series of long-held, restorative poses that allow you to melt into stillness. It’s the perfect midweek reset.
