White Oak Living Center - Upper level apartments are senior independent living with services and main level offers state licensed assisted living apartments. Rosewood Health & Rehab - Skilled nursing center includes a post-hospital therapy unit, a secure memory support community for Alzheimer's/dementia, and long-term care services. One Community Hospice.
