🌟 Class Act Spotlight 🌟
Today, we’re taking a moment to recognize Elijah Bazalaki and Shannon Martin for the care, dedication, and leadership they bring to the Platte City clinic. The way they show up for clients, families, and teammates reflects ASN’s core values of Kindness, Collaboration, Empowerment, and Accountability in meaningful, everyday ways.
💬Nomination by Shannon Martin, Platte City:
“As Clinical Director it is my job to find and train the best RBTs for my clients. I would be lying if I said that was an easy task, because my clients deserve the world. But I can say without a sliver of doubt that I won the jackpot with Eli. Eli is one of the best things that has ever happened to the Platte clinic. Each and every day he is warm, engaging, compassionate, and thoughtful. He is always the first one to play chase, tickle monster, and spin a client around 100+ times to reinforce manding. He has Door Dashed emergency ketchup, identified preferred cultural food for our picky eater, changed staff AND parent flat tires in the parking lot, the list goes on and on…
Eli embodies compassion and going above and beyond. Being an RBT is more than just a job for him… He loves our clinic and our clients. I could not ask for a kinder or more thoughtful individual to have on the team. I am lucky to be his supervisor. Thank you, Eli, for everything you do for Platte!”
💬Nomination by Remi Robinett, Platte City:
“Shannon is consistently kind, helpful, and is always on top of things!! She works so hard and always gets things done no matter how busy she is!”
👏 Thank you, Elijah and Shannon. Your heart for the work you do and the people you support does not go unnoticed. The Platte City clinic is better because of you, and we are grateful to have you as part of the ASN team!
