Monique Eldridge Honored as Iowa Assisted Living Association’s Administrator of the Year

The Iowa Assisted Living Association (IALA) is proud to announce Monique Eldridge, Executive Director at Prairie Hills at Independence, has been recognized as the 2025 Administrator of the Year. The award was presented during the IALA Annual Conference held on October 22 in West Des Moines.

The Administrator of the Year Award honors a leader in assisted living who demonstrates exceptional dedication, professionalism, and compassion in guiding their community. This recognition highlights administrators who lead by example, support their staff, foster a positive environment for residents, and continually strive for excellence in quality care and service.
