This week, we’ve been celebrating Danny and her work anniversary here at Paramount Health 💜

While she’s officially celebrating two years on our team, the truth is she’s been part of our Paramount Health family for five years. Danny started with us while she was still in high school, and we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow from a young student into an incredible, capable, and compassionate adult.

We are beyond grateful for her dedication, her heart for others, and the way she serves our community every single day. Paramount Health would not be the same without her.

Today we got to try something new and celebrate Three Kings Cake (Rosca de Reyes) 👑✨

Rosca de Reyes is a tradition celebrated on January 6th to honor the visit of the Three Wise Men to baby Jesus. It represents family, togetherness, and gratitude.

The cake is a sweet, ring-shaped bread, decorated with colorful candied fruit symbolizing a crown. Inside, there is a small figurine, and whoever finds it gets to continue the tradition by sharing and celebrating together.

We are always grateful when our team brings in their traditions. It’s amazing to learn from one another and to have the opportunity to experience and try so many new things together.

La Rosca de Reyes es una tradición que se celebra el 6 de enero para honrar la visita de los Reyes Magos al niño Jesús. Representa la familia, la unión y la gratitud.

La rosca es un pan dulce en forma de aro, decorado con frutas cristalizadas de colores que simbolizan una corona. En su interior hay una pequeña figurita, y a quien le toca, continúa la tradición compartiendo y celebrando juntos.
