10 Key behaviors of Master's of Weight Control

Or in other words EVERYONE.... YOU just have to chose it...

1. Track your progress (journaling, meal prepping, food and water log)

2. Get Moving.... At Least 4 miles a day... Drivin' Miss Daisy don't count... We talking Flash baby lol... Not really but heavy breathing but still carry on a conversation...

3. Turn OFF the T. V..... Go on a walk, a bike ride, go play in the yard with your kids/pets...

4. Structure and Consistency.

5. EAT breakfast....

6. EAT more fruits and vegetables....

7. SKIP the fast food (less than once a week) Proper meal prepping...

8. Become a manager AND a problem solver...

9. No man (or Woman) is an island.

10. Practice makes perfect... Have a tough day, slip, don't stay down, get up and brush it off. Show them the bad bi$ch you really are...
