Pardon the silence, I will be getting businesses flyers and business cards soon. My grandpa was put on hospice and the process is happening quickly. I’m so glad I took the time this week to visit him while he could still communicate with me, and say my goodbyes last night as he spends his final days/hours with his daughters by his side.

With this journey, I aim to be someone the family can lean on and refer to if times get hard, as well as a loving companion to the individual.

As we navigate these challenging times, it's more important than ever to keep our loved ones safe and healthy at home. That's why I want to share the amazing benefits of having a nurse provide extra help in the form of grocery delivery, nursing cares, and care coordination.

By having a nurse assist with these tasks, you can ensure that your loved one is receiving the necessary care and support they need while staying in the comfort of their own home. From ensuring they have access to food to coordinating their medical appointments and medications, a nurse can provide invaluable assistance in keeping your loved one safe and well-cared for.

If you're looking for ways to provide extra support for your loved one during this time, consider contacting me for more information.

We’ve found with my grandpa that although there are resources to help keep him home (home health, hospice, etc), there’s still a gap of days, times, etc. I’ve also had people that their parents live in the area alone, independent, but they live out of state and there’s no one to keep an eye on them.

The goal is to help ease the burden for family. An extra day a week that someone is checking in, helping with cares, getting groceries, etc. in addition to the community services. Or, sometimes it may be the only person coming by as they don’t qualify for community services yet but need additional help and family isn’t near by, or peace of mind for the family to know someone is near.

I will also help coordinate care, find or arrange transportation, talk to the providers, get them in touch with the right people to set up additional services, etc.

If any organizations would like a flyer or business cards, please reach out. I would love to be able to help the community, but need help spreading the word.
