What if **45 minutes** could change the way you experience your thoughts?

On **Tuesday, March 10 at 6:30 PM**, Adam is hosting a small **Meditation Workshop** designed for anyone who has ever wondered what meditation *actually feels like*—not the idealized version, but the real practice.

You don’t need to know how to meditate.
You don’t need to sit in silence for 45 minutes.
You don’t even need a quiet mind.

In fact, **having thoughts during meditation is completely natural**—learning how to notice them is part of the practice.

During this 45-minute session, Adam will introduce a few simple ideas about meditation and guide the group through several short periods of silence, stillness, and awareness. Many people are surprised by what they notice when they give themselves just a little space to pause.

**After the workshop, stay for tea and a grounding treat** and take a few extra minutes to ease back into the evening.

If you’ve ever been curious about meditation—or wondered why people keep coming back to it—this is a great place to start.

Think longer-held, floor-based postures that gently target the connective tissue while calming the nervous system.

🌊 4 PM — Just Gentle Slow Flow — with Stacey from Grit & Grace Fitness (I bet you recognize her ☺️)
If you’re in the mood for fluid, intentional movement with smooth transitions to reduce stress and build strength, this is your class. Gentle doesn’t mean ineffective — you’ll build flexibility and stability while staying kind to your body.
