Hey hippies!! It's been a long time!! Figured I'd better check in! I'm still here😘 Life has looked a little different lately! Slower days, less screen time, living in the moment, and caring for my body, mind, and spirit!

I'm still the same spicy hippie as before just a little more relaxed and focused on the simpler things in life💕

Do you detox on the regular? Did you know you don't have to fully submerge in a bath to get the same effects? If you're not a bath person, you can still enjoy the benefits of a detox by soaking your feet in soothing hot water with your detox mix.

Detoxing can help pull toxins from your body, help with skin issues, increase circulation, decrease inflammation throughout your body and so much more!!

Do you tend to get low in vitamin D during the winter months? Here are some natural sources to add to your diet! Aside from NATURAL sun exposure and supplementation.

Vitamin D deficiency can show up in different ways in your body such as muscle and joint pain, fatigue, mood changes, sleep issues, hair loss.

Hey hippies!! I'm going to be spinning this page a bit and really start hitting the HOLISTIC hard!!! Because....well, take a look around! This world is cray and it's hard to trust the big industries or pharma has our actual wellness in the front of their minds....they're worried about their pocketbooks! 🔥🗑💸🤑💰

This has primarily been a fitness page with other bits of Holistic wellness sprinkled in. I want to share ALLLLLL of it!! Health and wellness, home and hygiene, pets, farm and garden, our food, all of it!🤩🤗🥰

I've been working on putting a list/chart of every day products together for those wanting to transition to that healthier home and overall wellness!!! Trust me this is not something we did overnight! We started with essential oils and nontoxic cleaning supplies when our kids were babies and went from there. It's definitely a lifestyle change for sure. I found a really good chart for things to consider as you start this journey. We have transitioned from plastic Tupperware to mostly glass just this year! So trust me when I say "it's a process!" But so worth it to know you have a clean, safe home!

I will continue to share what works for us and even some things that just aren't practical and please, please ask questions, share things you have done, what works for you and so on! I want this to be a teaching/learning experience because lord knows, it's a lifelong journey of learning, reading lables, and lots of research! 📚📖🧬☀️💕
