Good Morning. I asked this question last week in class. There were no right/wrong answers but i think this one is best. I don’t care if you can hold crow pose for 10 min straight, contort into a million different hybrid variations of a pose. It’s what you do when you roll up your mat.

I will always love sharing yoga with my community but I am slowly stepping away from teaching just yoga(asana) and diving into other movement modalities.
I have something very special coming your way in May of 2026! It’s a movement experience that will leave you feeling mindful and conscious. Madison Pike Yoga

I have been active in the yoga community for many years, specifically the Independence yoga community and I am extremely excited and humble to have the opportunity to achieve my dream of Madison Pike Yoga. As I teacher and practitioner I strongly believe that everyone's journey is unique so I pride myself in providing an environment that is comfortable, welcoming and open to individuals of all levels- novice to seasoned practitioner.

Madison Pike Yoga studio is a space that is rich with history and provides a truly refreshing space for the practice of yoga. You will have the opportunity to converse over a cup of coffee or tea with fellow community members in our "Zen Den" before and after your practice. The studio will also have reading material that will not only help deepen your yoga practice, but also rekindle your mind and spirit.
